A different take on corp security

In R-NAT we are trying something different for corporate security.

All of our management come from SPLU, which basically was a service-organization to make people rich on plexing. Sometimes lazy people. There, it was assumed that it was the corps responsibility to somehow see to each members security and that no one got sticky fingers.

In the end we collected incredible amounts of valuable ships, mostly collecting dust in some SMA. For a long time we had a trust-based system with shared SMAs but changed this into a "tribe"-system where each tribe (a group of pilots feeling that they could trust each other) maintained their own POS.

In R-NAT we might also go the tribe route, but for now we have adapted a policy that in many ways are the polar opposite of the old SPLU one.

Reconfiguration Nation...

• Try to keep the amount of bling to a minimum.
• Encourage people to use one T3 for scanning/traveling/hauling (loot) in, and to log in it.
• Own key ships (can be plexing-ships, or ships for pvp with special roles - like logis) theese "corp ships" can and should be used by our pilots instead of bringing personal ones in that runs the risk of getting stolen.
• Keeps the access to said corp ships pretty restricted, a theif would have to wait for a long time before he got the chance to steal anything of value.

This way, we will be able to expand without having to worry about a constant growing fleet of expensive, personal ships that can be stolen.

The ones that are trusted with our corp-fleet could obviously clean us out, but if anyone would, they would only be able to steal commonly owned ships, and the number of, say RR-Tengus, would be fleet-sized, and not corp-sized.

We could effectively triple our numbers without increasing the value of the ships.

Personal bling is each pilots responsibility, that's clearly stated from the start. You are free to bring that Machariel, but the corp will not take responsibility for its safty.
