Sometimes things take unexpected turns. R-NATs plans for finding a new home - specifically a C5 with a static C4, preferably a magnetar - got a bit derailed a few days ago. The plan was to use the stage-system we had (with a static C5) and simply roll until we found something we liked. An added bonus would be we could then get a few caps into the new system right at the get go. A system that I thought would be a bit hard to get caps into because it not having a suitable static.
As it turns out, there's no lack whatsoever of incoming C5/C6/LS/NS that you can use for jump dreads and carriers in.
It also happens that Rogeroo had some friend of a friend that actually had a scout in one of the two C5/C4 magnetars that we where interested in. So it was decided we should go for that one instead of rolling.
We lifted the two caps we had in the stage system out to empire, and started to move the few ships we had out. The next day the POS was uneventfully taken down and shipped out to Empire.
We got a few scouts into what was to become our new home. All was set for the big move!
